Terms & Conditions (Ts & Cs) of Orders

By placing an order, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions:

The size, design and detail of a cake, cupcake or cookie determines the price.  The more details and colors require more labor and are usually higher in price.In general, you can expect to pay $5 - $15 per serving.

All orders require a 100% payment to be placed on the schedule.

All cakes, cupcakes and decorated cookies are custom and made to order.  I generally do not have any ready-made products.

The minimum order cake order is $75.

My minimum cupcake order is 24 cupcakes.

My minimum cookie order is 2 dozen.

I will not copy another artist's work.  While inspiration pictures are great to convey to me what kind of a design you are thinking about, you understand that your cake will not look exactly like the inspiration picture.  Also understand that I reserve the right to change the design in the best interest of the design of the final product.

Regarding specific color requests - by placing an order, you understand and agree that I am working with icing, batter and dough as mediums and I will try to get as close to the requested PMS or reference photo color, although no specific color is ever guaranteed. 

To obtain a quote, you can click on the purple button in the lower right hand corner and let me know the number of servings, flavor of cake, design desired, date required and if you need delivery, address of the venue.

The further in advance the better, but 2 - 4 weeks is appreciated.  If your event is less than that, let me know and I will try to fit your order in, subject to availability in my schedule.

If you have not paid, your order is not on the schedule and I will not hold the date, even if you have obtained a quote from me.

I accept cash and Zelle.  I will accept all credit cards, but a 4% processing fee will be added.

Orders can be picked up by appointment from my studio on Happy Lane (near Sunset & Pecos) in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will have a 15 minute window to pick up at your scheduled time, or we may have to reschedule the pick up.  Make sure you have a passenger who can hold the cake or a flat place in your car to put the cake, and drive slowly and carefully, with no  quick turns or stops which could damage your cake.

I do offer delivery which starts at $25 base rate and $2 per mile round trip, plus parking and any other fees experienced.   If you are interested in delivery, let me know where the venue is, so I can calculate known fees in my quote.  You will need to have someone meet me on location to take possession of the cake. 

You accept full responsibility for your cake once you pick it up or after I deliver it at the location. After either of those have been accomplished, my responsibility for the cake absolutely ends.  Check out the Cake Care Instructions on the Home Page.

Unfortunately, I cannot ship my edible creations.

Currently, I do not offer gluten-free, allergy-free or vegan cakes.

Refunds of the payment are not provided 30 days or less before the event, unless I have to cancel the order.   Refunds of the payment are made as long as the cake is cancelled more than 30 days before the event.
